Ok, I took the leap and actually made a blog. You can now welcome me to the 21st century.
I'm hoping this will be a fun way to keep you up to date as I head to North Carolina in about a week. I'm hoping this will give you a glimpse of what working with Teach for America is like as I figure that out myself. I'm also hoping I can stick with it (the blog, not TFA). No promises, but something is better than nothing, right? Right. So I will try, and thanks for reading!
Also, since I keep hearing "I can't remember where you are right now," my locations for the rest of the summer:
Now-June 14: Indiana, home with the fam
June 15-19: North Carolina for TFA Induction
June 20: on a plane
June 21-July 25: Chicago for TFA Institute (major training part of the summer)
July 26: in Stella, on the road between here and North Carolina
July 27-first day of school: More training and settling into NC
